We offer two Waste Water Treatment programs; Drinking Water Treatment Operator and Waster Water Operator.
Drinking Water Operator-in-Training (OIT) Certification Preparation
This program provides a practical foundation in the operation of drinking water treatment and distribution systems. The program introduces the scientific, mathematical, and technical principles used in water operations, and the major processes and support systems involved in treating and distributing drinking water.
Wastewater Operator-In-Training (OIT) Certification Preparation
This program provides students with a practical foundation in wastewater collection and treatment and prepares them for entry-level work in the field. Emphasis is placed on safe work practices, process monitoring, system awareness, equipment operation, and the basic calculations required in wastewater treatment.
