GBCTechTraining 2022-2023 Holiday Hours

With the holiday season quickly approaching, we wanted to update you on how the holiday break will impact our GBCTechTraining technical, tutorial, and administrative support. 

Office Hours 

The Student Support Center will be closed from Friday, December 23, 2022, to Monday, January 2, 2023.

Registration

 If you plan on working on the program and taking exams over the holidays, you will want to make sure you are registered into any new modules or programs, by Thursday, December 22nd at 4:00 pm. This way you are guaranteed access to your exam(s) when you are ready to write one. Additionally, keep in mind that our system is fully automated, so once you register for modules, you can take the exams at any time.

Any new registrations for modules or programs received after 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 22^nd, 2022, will be processed when we reopen on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023.

Technical and Tutorial Support 

Technical and tutorial support is available from December 23–January 2 by email at support@gbctechtraining.com as well as through the online Resource Center within the Discussion Forums. We will be checking email and forums for student questions daily over the holiday break. Please note any phone messages left during this time will be answered when we return on January 3, 2023.
