If email is your preferred style of communication we can work with that too. We monitor our support email during regular office hours, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Forum Discussion Groups
Students of GBC’s Online Technical Training programs have access to the online discussion forums, accessed through the Resource Center. We have 3 forums where they can ask and answer questions about program modules, get help from an online tutor, and look through an archive of the most common questions asked by other students.
Over the past years students have asked all sorts of questions related to their program studies. It’s quite likely that you’ll have some of the same question too. If you’ve searched the discussion threads and haven’t seen a topic you’re working on, just post up your own discussion and we’ll respond back within 1 business day.
4. Supplemental Learning Material
The Supplemental Learning Materials, accessed through the Resource Center, is a valuable resource available to students who are working through our online certificate programs. The supplemental materials provided including videos and labs, will provide more detail and a more in-depth review of the topic covered in the program and will certainly improve a student’s confidence when writing their module exams.
